Education Qualifications:
Diploma in General Nursing or Post B Sc Nursing or B Sc Nursing
from an Govt recognized University or Nursing Institute or Nursing School,
should be registered with Gujarat State Nursing Council,
Pay Scale: Salary:
Negotiable and as per the company norms. PF, Bonus & Gratuity applicable as per statutory
norms.
Previous Exepereince :

Staff Nurse Job Description:
Patent Care,
Checking vitals, giving bed care such as mouth care, back care, eye care. Prepares and
arranges trolley
Attending the Emergency Care and giving immediate first Aid,
Accompanying patients for investigation. Obtaining samples. Writing and updating patient
condition reports,, drugs and medication.
Shifting / receiving the patients to rooms, wards and OT.
Maintaining and updating nurse’s notes and other charts and registers.
Counselling and psychological support to patients. Imparts health education to patients.
Attending doctors on rounds. Conduct clinical service as per doctors’ instructions.
